Thereare worse Dragon Ball movies than GT by itself and that says something. If I was to ever rate this, I'd say GT is, at best, an 8 and at its worst a 6. It's watchable and sometimes even great, but there are moments where it makes you just wanna stab your eye out with a fork with how dumb some of the writing decisions are.
